Information how we process personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation
Collection of personal data
Personal data is provided and collected before and in connection with the opening of a customer relationship and the conclusion of a contract and / or an assignment, or otherwise in connection with a customer relationship.
Purpose
Flowbird processes personal information necessary for the following purposes;
- Preparation, administration and execution of agreements, services and customer relations
- Identification and / or authentication
- Business and product development
- Market and customer analyses
- Compliance with obligations under law, other constitution or authority decision
Processing of personal data can be performed by other companies within the Flowbird Group or by companies - both within and outside EU / ESS - for the purpose stated under the current rules, with which the Flowbird Group cooperates.
Personal data processor
Cale Access AB (Flowbird Sverige), Org.nr: 556554-8293, Box 1031, 164 40 KISTA, Sweden is personal data processor and responsible for processing personal data communicated to Flowbird for different purposes. If Agreement with customer contain different terms, the terms in Agreement are valid.

Consent to process personal data
By approving terms for Cookies and Personal Data, Flowbird have your consent to process (eg saves and uses) your personal information in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation.
Purchases of Products and Services
In order to handle purchase orders of products and services, Flowbird must register personal data. The legal ground is execution of agreements or to take action before our agreement is concluded.
If you represent “Enskild firma” or is a contact person at a registered Company, we will process the personal information you provide to us. Your name, reference number per contact person, e-mail address or phone number can be saved as a Contact Person. Company details may include company name, VAT number/personal code number, shipping address, invoice address, delivery terms and payment terms.
If you choose not to provide any Contact or Company information we can´t do business together and no products or services will be delivered.
Personal data is saved 24 months after the last purchase. Personal data connected to Accounting Act will be retained in 7 years. Your personal data may be saved for a longer period than stated above if required to comply with legal requirements or governmental decisions.
Your rights
You are entitled to receive information about what personal data about you is treated by Flowbird and, consequently, the right to
a) get registry extracts,
b) request correction of incorrect or incomplete task,
c) request the deletion or restriction of personal data,
d) object to treatment
